This approx 1 hectare site is located to the east of Whissonsett Road, on the southern edge of the village of Colkirk.
Planning approval is being sought for 21 dewellings - comprising a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties. In keeping with our community focus the proposed development includes 8 affordable homes, which will be available on both a shared ownership and affordable rent basis. The proposed dwellings are organised around a central area of open space, which acts as a focal point for the development with the majority of the existing mature trees and hedgerows boardering the site retained.
As part of the development it is planned to provide improved pedestrian links along Whissonsett Road, linking the village to the allotments and playing fields.
