Working with the adjoining land owner, Breckland Bridge is advancing proposals for this 3 hectare site.
The scheme has recently acheived planning approval for 48 units as a natural extension of the village.
In addition to the planned residential units, 0.75 hectares of new Open Space are to be provided to the south of Greyhound Lane.
