Outline planning approval has been obtained for a development of 8 Units in conjunction with an adjoining site, again for 8 units, accessed from Weasenham Road.
The Development will provide a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units arranged around a large central open green space. Out of the 16 units planned 6 are to intended to comprise Affordable homes.
As part of the scheme pedestrian links are to be improved from the development, and existing surrounding homes, through to the Village Primary School, and wider Village beyond.
