This 1.4 hectare site is centrally located in Shipdham and was previously the site of the Old School.
Outline planning approval has been secured for the development of up to 36 residential units on the site.
The indicative site plan demonstrates how development could be delivered on the site, based around a central area of open space. The central open space would include a local area for play, attenuation lagoon and swales. The existing area of trees to the north-west of the site has been preserved as an area of open space providing both wildlife and ecological benefits. The two open spaces would be linked via a wider pedestrian pathway and landscape belt. A range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom detached and semi-detached two storey dwellings is envisaged.
